Our Management Program is a high-impact, rotational experience designed for students or recent grads who want to get their hands dirty in Strategy, Operations, Marketing, and People Ops. You won’t just be watching from the sidelines; you’ll be leading projects that have a direct impact on our global footprint.

What You’ll Do

• The “Generalist” Deep Dive: Rotate through different departments to understand the mechanics of a global B2B service provider.
• Special Projects: Own at least one “Capstone Project”—a real-world business challenge that you will research, strategize, and execute.
• Operational Excellence: Support senior management in streamlining internal workflows and improving team productivity.
• Data-Driven Insights: Help us analyze market trends and internal KPIs to provide recommendations that influence our roadmap.
• Shadowing & Mentorship: Sit in on high-level strategy meetings and work 1-on-1 with department heads to see how decisions are made at the top.

• Academic Foundation: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Management, Communications, or a related field.

• Adaptability: You thrive in fast-paced environments and can switch gears from a marketing brainstorm to a finance report without losing momentum.
• Tech Proficiency: You’re a native in the world of Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom. (If you know your way around a CRM or project management tool like Notion/Asana, even better!)
