Are you a charismatic communicator with the strategic mindset to drive growth across the Spanish-speaking world? At XpandOps, we are looking for a Spanish-speaking Account Manager who can turn client interactions into long-term partnerships.
You won’t just be “managing” accounts; you’ll be an advocate, a strategist, and the face of XpandOps for our Latin American and Spanish markets. If you can navigate the nuances of diverse business cultures—from Madrid to Mexico City—while delivering high-impact results, we want to meet you.
What You’ll Do
- Portfolio Ownership: Take the lead on a diverse range of Spanish-speaking accounts, becoming their trusted advisor and go-to expert.
- Bridge the Gap: Use your bilingual mastery to translate client needs into technical solutions, ensuring nothing is “lost in translation” between the client and our operations teams.
- Growth Hunting: Proactively identify opportunities to expand our footprint within existing accounts through strategic upselling and value-added services.
- Success Metrics: Monitor account health, lead quarterly business reviews, and maintain industry-leading retention rates.
- Market Insight: Keep your pulse on the economic and business trends within Spanish-speaking regions to better advise your clients.
What You Bring
- Bilingual Fluency: Native or near-native proficiency in Spanish and English. You’re as comfortable delivering a pitch in Spanish as you are writing a technical report in English.
- The Experience: 3+ years in a client-facing role (Account Management, CSM, or Sales). Experience in a fast-paced B2B or tech environment is a major plus.
- Cultural Intelligence: An innate understanding of the business etiquette and nuances across different Spanish-speaking regions.
- Adaptability: You thrive in a remote-first environment and can manage your time across multiple time zones with ease.
