We are looking for a high-energy, Mandarin-speaking Account Manager to be the primary bridge between our innovative service suites and our diverse portfolio of clients.

You’ll be the strategic “glue” that holds our partnerships together, ensuring our Mandarin-speaking clients feel heard, supported, and positioned for massive success. What You’ll Do

  • Relationship Architect: Serve as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your portfolio of Mandarin-speaking accounts.
  • Strategic Growth: Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities by deeply understanding your clients’ business goals and aligning them with XpandOps solutions.
  • Communication Mastery: Translate complex technical or operational requirements into clear, actionable insights for clients in both English and Mandarin.
  • Retention Champion: Conduct regular business reviews (QBRs) to ensure client satisfaction and maintain a “churn-zero” mindset.
  • Internal Liaison: Collaborate with our product and operations teams to ensure client feedback is turned into reality.


What You Bring

  • Linguistic Precision: Native or professional fluency in Mandarin (Mandarin Chinese) and English. You can negotiate a contract in one and write a creative brief in the other without breaking a sweat.
  • Experience: 3+ years in Account Management, Client Success, or Business Development (B2B experience preferred).
  • The “X-Factor”: A proactive, problem-solving DNA. You don’t wait for a fire to start; you’ve already checked the smoke detector.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable navigating CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot) and remote collaboration stacks (Slack, Zoom, Notion).
