The Role: Crafting the Digital First Impression

Are you a JavaScript wizard who believes that a pixel-perfect UI is just as important as the logic behind it? At XpandOps, we are looking for a Front End Software Engineer to build sleek, high-performance, and incredibly intuitive interfaces.

What You’ll Do

• Build the Future: Develop new user-facing features using React, Vue, or Angular (we’re big on staying modern).
• Architecture & Scale: Design and implement robust front-end architectures that can handle high traffic and complex data visualizations.
• Bridge the Gap: Work closely with our UX/UI designers to turn static mockups into living, breathing, interactive experiences.
• Optimization Guru: Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring a smooth experience across all devices and browsers.
• Collaborative Coding: Participate in code reviews, mentor junior devs, and contribute to our internal component libraries to keep our design system consistent.

What You Bring

• JS Mastery: Expert-level knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and deep experience with modern frameworks (React preferred).
• CSS Savvy: You know your way around Tailwind, Sass, or CSS-in-JS and can handle layouts without leaning on heavy libraries.
• Testing Mindset: Experience with unit and integration testing (Jest, Cypress, or similar) because you take pride in shipping “bug-free” code.
• The Toolbox: Proficiency with Git, Webpack/Vite, and consuming RESTful or GraphQL APIs.
• Curiosity: A constant hunger to learn. The front-end world moves fast—you move faster.
