The Role: Architect of Efficiency

What You’ll Do

• Workflow Orchestration: Design, develop, and maintain automated workflows using tools like Make.com, Zapier, or custom scripts to bridge our tech stack.
• API Integration: Connect internal and external platforms (CRM, ERP, Communication tools) to ensure data flows flawlessly across the organization.
• Bot Building: Deploy RPA (Robotic Process Automation) or custom bots to handle high-volume data entry and processing.
• Performance Monitoring: Keep a watchful eye on your automations—troubleshooting bugs, optimizing for speed, and scaling systems as XpandOps grows.
• Internal Consultation: Partner with different departments (Sales, Finance, HR) to identify manual bottlenecks and design automated “magic” to solve them.

What You Bring

• Technical Versatility: Deep experience with automation platforms (Zapier, Make, Workato) and a strong grasp of Python, JavaScript, or Node.js.
• Integration Expertise: You speak fluent REST API and Webhooks. You know how to read documentation and make two systems talk to each other like old friends.
• Logic-First Mindset: You can map out complex business processes into clean, logical flowcharts before you even touch a line of code.
• Database Knowledge: Comfort with SQL or NoSQL databases to ensure data integrity during transfers.
• The “Automator” Spirit: You have a natural curiosity for new AI and automation tools and are always looking for the “next big thing” in productivity tech.
